Boneless/skinless chicken thighs
Teriyaki marinade/glaze
Sesame Oil
Soy sauce
Hot sauce
Togarashi Seaoning
Mixed veggies for saute
Jasmine Rice
Green onion for garnish and cilantro is also nice
Marinate the chicken thighs for 25 a minimum of 25 min
Saute veggies in wok/ saute pan in oil of your preference. And toss with teriyaki just before removing from heat. (Peanut oil has highest smoke point and won't get bitter woth high temps)
Steam rice till Al dented
After grilling chicken. Glaze again with teriyaki, drizzle of soy over veggies and rice.
Sprinkle togarashi spice just before serving. And a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
