Sauteed chorizo till it fully cooked and crack the eggs into the chorizo. Fold eggs into the chorizo until fully cooked. Flour tortillas on the side, a healthy pour of hot sauce and the refried beans on the side as well. Sprinkle with crumbled Cotija and enjoy!
